Job Description
Purpose of Role:
The Field Support Technician is responsible for executing planned and contingency operations and maintenance (O&M) services in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify root causes of customer issues and implement effective solutions.
- Execute technical solutions at Point of Presence sites.
- Assist with disaster recovery initiatives.
- Conduct facility maintenance and quality control checks.
- Maintain inventory and prepare regular reports.
Requirements: BSc in Engineering or a Technical discipline, 3 years of experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: Up to ₦300,00.00 per month
