Job Description
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to design and implement M&E systems, collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and ensure project learning and compliance. Responsibilities include developing indicators, conducting field monitoring, performing data quality checks, and supporting evaluations. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field, has 2+ years of M&E experience, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, proficiency with Excel and M&E tools, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
