Job Description

Kennedy Consulting seeks a Head of Operations in Abuja, Nigeria. Reporting to the CEO, this full-time role leads operational strategy across renewable energy and electric mobility units, driving efficiency, compliance, supply chain, project delivery, and sustainability. Responsibilities include team leadership, process optimization, regulatory adherence, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance reporting. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), with 10+ years in operations leadership—experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology is highly desirable. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and a track record of managing large teams and complex projects are required. Salary: ₦500,00–₦800,00 per month.
