Job Description

The Head of Finance will lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will manage accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize cash flow, and provide insights to support executive decisions. Ideal candidates have a CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in finance leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems and investor relations. You must be a hands-on leader capable of mentoring a finance team, driving process improvements, and presenting clear financial narratives to stakeholders.
