Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the assigned territory. You will drive revenue growth by developing territory strategies, managing and coaching a sales team, building key client relationships, and meeting regional targets. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of B2B sales experience, 2+ years in a leadership role, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Proven track record of meeting targets and using CRM tools is required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
