Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain networks, and assist end users. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, installing and configuring systems, performing regular maintenance, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues. Candidate should have 2+ years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking fundamentals, customer-service skills, and relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent). Able to work independently and in a team.
