Job Description
Kennedy Consulting in Lagos seeks an IT Service Desk Manager to lead first-level IT support in the Information Systems & Technology department. You will manage the service desk, track and resolve tickets, help end-users, coordinate new-hire setups with HR and Admin, and maintain LAN, PBX, VPN, and endpoint security. Recommend and deploy productivity tools and keep accurate service-desk records. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; 1–2 years helpdesk experience; solid Windows, Office or open-source tools, and networking fundamentals. Full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary: ₦278,00/month. Strong communication and customer service skills required.
