Job Description
Keyrium Consulting, a hotel in Lekki, seeks an experienced Human Resources and Operations Manager. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, operations, or hospitality required. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff training, performance management, compliance with Nigerian labor law, daily operations, SOP implementation, guest service standards, and coordination with department heads. Strong leadership, communication, MS Office proficiency, confidentiality, and ability to manage fast-paced teams are essential. Hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
