Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable Sales Representative who can sell to online and walk-in customers. The role involves promoting and selling our fabric products, building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets while representing the brand in a positive and professional manner. Sales Representative Requirements
- Minimum of BSc or HND in marketing or any field
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell to online and walk-in customers
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
- Good understanding of products and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and good time management skills
- Integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
- Previous retail or online sales experience
- Knowledge of social media selling (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
