Job Description
Lead daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective workflows across production, logistics, and customer service. You will develop and implement process improvements, manage budgets and KPIs, supervise cross-functional teams, and maintain vendor and compliance relationships. Required: bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, 5+ years of operations leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ERP systems.
