Job Description
We are hiring a Reconciliation Officer to ensure accurate matching of financial records, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close.
Responsibilities: perform daily reconciliations, investigate variances, prepare journal entries, and coordinate with accounting and operations teams.
Requirements: bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 1–3 years reconciliation experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems and banking procedures.
