Background: A leading financial institution is seeking to hire a Collection Agent to expand their reach in the market.

Requirements:

• Qualification: HND (Upper Credit) / BSc Second Class Lower or Upper in any discipline.
• 1-2 years experience as a collection officer or contact center agent.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Resilient and proactive attitude.
• Aged 28 years and below.
