Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience, with 3-4 years in account management or customer success.
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong commercial awareness to identify growth opportunities.
