Our client is a microfinance bank in Nigeria providing inclusive financial services such as credit, savings, and transfers for underserved and low-income households.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team on digital banking solutions.
- Manage the core banking system for data accuracy and compliance.
- Work with senior management on strategic digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years in banking operations or IT strategy, with 2+ years in management.
- Experience in project management and system implementation.
