Job Description:
- Lead our customer service team, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage metrics and reporting for customer service performance.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years in customer service, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven leadership in high-performing teams.

Salary: N200,00 – N250,00/month.
