Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community at Kodeland Apartments. The ideal candidate will manage property maintenance, tenant relations, and ensure a positive living environment.
Key responsibilities include managing rental agreements, overseeing staff, conducting inspections, and handling tenant inquiries. Strong communication skills and a background in property management or real estate are preferred.
