Job Description
The Order Officer will manage end-to-end order processing to ensure accuracy, timely dispatch, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics for prompt shipments, tracking stock levels and replenishment, maintaining detailed order and return records, resolving discrepancies and customer inquiries professionally, and preparing regular performance reports. The role supports continuous improvement of order workflows and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in order management or logistics preferred; familiarity with order management systems is a plus.
