Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Lagos. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role will include executing sales strategies, following up on leads, and providing product demonstrations to prospective clients. The Field Sales Executive will also gather market insights to identify opportunities and deliver effective solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities to execute sales strategies and identify market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources while meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in field sales or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the local market and familiarity with customers in Lagos is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Lagos.
