Job Description
A brief overview of the role:
- Products: Quality Control (QC) of listed products and management.
- Develop and implement processes to identify and rectify product issues.
Key Duties:
- Maintain accurate content and updates for products on Konga.com.
- Resolve inquiries regarding product descriptions and packaging.
- Manage item listings by Merchants and create new categories.
- Ensure high-end brands are verified and that products meet all attributes for enhanced sales.
Preference: Must have completed NYSC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦140,00.00 per month
