Job Description
Location: Lagos. Konga Online Nigeria Ltd seeks a Reconciliation Specialist to maintain timely, accurate reconciliations, manage high transaction volumes, resolve customer and merchant disputes, liaise with banks and payment processors on settlement discrepancies, investigate and escalate errors, fraud and chargebacks, and produce process documentation and daily reconciliation reports. Performance expectations include strong SLA compliance on escalations and chargebacks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND, 1–3 years relevant experience, advanced MS Excel, basic SQL a plus, and solid analytical and problem‑solving skills. Full-time role; pay ₦200,00–₦300,00 per month.
