Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Assistant to support our engineering and IT teams. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment setup, routine maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting procedures, and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, basic networking and system administration knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, cable management, and inventory tracking is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn new technologies.
