Job Description
KOTE STUDIOS seeks a Restaurant Manager for Urban Bites in Ikeja to drive operational excellence and profitability. Reporting to the CEO/Board of Directors, you will oversee daily opening and closing, staff recruitment and training, vendor relations, inventory, and guest service recovery. Monitor P&L, control labor, overheads, and petty cash; achieve month‑over‑month sales growth, keep food and labor costs within targets, and reach 90%+ customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; food safety and hygiene certification; proficiency with POS systems and advanced Excel. Full-time. Pay: ₦300,00/month.
