Job Description
Hybrid role reporting to the CEO. Ensure financial transparency and prevent fraud through daily POS reconciliation, bi-weekly blind stock counts for high-value inventory, procurement audits, monitoring voids/complimentary transactions, and CCTV reviews. Provide weekly risk assessment reports. KPIs: shrinkage under 1%, 100% revenue-to-bank accuracy, and close one operational loophole monthly. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; auditing or forensic accounting experience (hospitality or retail preferred); strong inventory management and reconciliation system knowledge. Full-time. Salary from ₦100,00/month.
