Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Cooperative Administrator to drive revenue growth at Kreditek Stride Limited. The ideal candidate will lead membership conversion and retention initiatives, combining operational management skills with business development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership acquisition through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day cooperative operations.
  • Supervise the marketing team to meet targets.
  • Enhance member relationships to boost retention.
  • Ensure compliance with cooperative regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 1-3 years of experience in cooperative management, strong leadership, and communication skills.
