Job Description
Join Kreditek Stride Limited as a Business Development Manager responsible for driving growth of loan and investment products, sourcing and onboarding clients (HNWIs, SMEs, corporates), and leading a high-performing business development team. You will set sales targets, monitor KPIs, prepare proposals and forecasts, conduct market research, and collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth client onboarding. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, 2–3 years in lending, microfinance, fintech or investment sales, proven sales record, strong communication, negotiation, analytical and leadership skills, and high integrity. Full-time role with competitive salary (₦150,00–₦200,00/month), performance-based incentives, and career growth.
