Job Description
KRISHAT PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY is seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resource Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and placing new hires. This role includes welcoming new employees and guiding them through the benefits and compensation process, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. Additionally, the individual will ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to human resources.
