Job Description

Kubona is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to oversee all product interactions and ensure the highest quality of merchandise in our warehouse. Responsibilities include inspecting products for quality, managing tagging processes, documenting repairs and exchanges, processing receipts and returns, and verifying tracking accuracy.

We require candidates with at least an OND, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and a strong willingness to collaborate and learn in a team-oriented environment.
