Job Description
We are seeking an organized Optometric Administrative Assistant to support our busy eye care practice. You will manage scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, verify insurance, process payments and claims, maintain electronic medical records, and handle phones and patient communication. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, attention to detail, basic billing knowledge, and experience with EHR or practice management software. High school diploma required; optical or medical office experience preferred. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented candidates encouraged to apply.
