Job Description

Larch Consulting Services is urgently seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Property Manager to take immediate responsibility for property operations. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership skills, practical knowledge of property management systems, and the ability to oversee daily operations while maintaining excellent tenant relationships.

The role entails managing residential or commercial properties, handling tenant relations, supervising maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements include 5+ years in property management, knowledge of lease administration, proficiency in property management software, and strong interpersonal skills.
