Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team at LD&D Consulting. You will play a vital role in supporting HR functions across our finance and cleaning services divisions. Your responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3+ years of proven HR experience, strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software. The monthly salary for this position is N300,00.
