Job Description
LD&D Consulting seeks a refined Personal Executive Assistant to support a high‑profile Creative Director across luxury lifestyle and design brands. Full‑time, onsite in Lagos. Competitive pay: ₦200,00/month. Responsibilities include calendar, travel and logistics management; supporting events, exhibitions and client experiences; hospitality and environment preparation; liaising with clients, vendors and collaborators; taking minutes and tracking follow‑ups; drafting communications and presentations; maintaining strict confidentiality and anticipating needs. Required: 2–3 years in creative, design, lifestyle or events, strong hospitality and luxury standards, excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and tech‑savviness (G‑Suite, scheduling tools, WhatsApp Business). Professional, discreet and trustworthy.
