Job Description
Leadvent Group is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic Sales team in Lagos. In this full-time role, you will generate sales over the phone, maintain customer relationships, and effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum degree and have at least 1 year of experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products and services.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing inquiries.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meeting sales quotas and performance metrics set by management.
Requirements include excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
