Job Description
LEAM Consulting Limited seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR for its agri-business hub operations in Yaba, Lagos. This full-time role covers recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and payroll, training and development, compliance with labor laws, recordkeeping, and performance management. Candidates must hold an HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, 2–5 years’ experience in agriculture or FMCG, knowledge of farming procedures and loan disbursement, HR certification, and excellent communication skills. Salary: N150,00–N250,00 per month.
