Job Description
LeeBurg Technology Limited is seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to recover due and outstanding loan payments from customers. This role involves proactive communication, negotiation, and the application of established collection methods to minimize financial losses.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting borrowers to collect overdue payments
- Maintaining records of all collection activities
- Collaborating with the finance team on collection progress
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Analyzing accounts for trends to improve strategies
Requirements:
