Job Description

Join our team as a Performance Marketing Designer creating high-converting ad creatives and landing page visuals for paid channels. You will design assets for Facebook, Google, Instagram, and display networks; collaborate with performance marketers to run A/B tests and iterate based on CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS; produce static and motion creatives optimized for platform specs and load speed. Requirements: 3+ years in performance-driven design, strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects, and familiarity with ad analytics. Motion design and HTML/CSS basics are a plus.
