LEXTORAH is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position involves managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders, and escalating issues through various communication channels. A successful candidate will maintain a calm demeanor while assisting frustrated customers and possess strong computer skills.
Responsibilities: Maintain a positive attitude, respond promptly to inquiries, acknowledge and resolve complaints, and provide professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, experience in customer support, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
