Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Course Facilitator to guide online learners, moderate discussions, deliver live sessions, and provide feedback. You will support course administration in an LMS, monitor progress, and collaborate with instructional designers to improve materials. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of online teaching or tutoring experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with Zoom and LMS platforms, and the ability to manage time zones. Responsibilities include facilitating weekly sessions, grading assignments, responding to student inquiries within 24 hours, and reporting learner outcomes. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This remote role offers flexible hours and a collaborative, learner-centered environment.
