Job Description

LifeBank is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, address customer inquiries, and provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee call center operations for efficiency.
  • Complete vendor reconciliations bi-weekly.
  • Review and enforce compliance with unit SOPs.
  • Prepare weekly schedules for team members.
  • Track KPIs and conduct QA reviews on calls.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary: N150,00 Monthly.
