Job Description
Lily Hospitals is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to uphold our healthcare services’ excellence and compliance standards. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and monitor quality management processes to ensure continuous improvement across hospital operations.
Key responsibilities include designing quality assurance policies, establishing performance indicators, conducting audits, and leading quality improvement projects. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or healthcare management.
