Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Lilysolutions Limited in Abuja. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves developing HR policies, implementing HR programs, and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new hires conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Training, counseling, and coaching all employee
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Relations and Compliance knowledge
- Experience in developing HR policies and programs
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
