Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. You will design recruitment strategies, manage onboarding, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes. Responsibilities include advising managers on policies, implementing training programs, handling employee investigations, and driving initiatives to improve engagement and retention. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) are preferred.
