Job Description

Lodestone Integrated Outsourcing seeks a versatile, highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior management. Responsibilities include scheduling, note-taking, correspondence, travel arrangements, document preparation, database maintenance, and coordinating meetings and events. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, secretarial or office administration certification, 1-2 years’ assistant experience preferred, advanced MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, strong typing, recordkeeping, and communication abilities, and familiarity with office equipment and scheduling software (Outlook).
