Job Description

Join our team as a Procurement Assistant supporting purchasing operations, supplier relations, and inventory control. You will assist in preparing purchase orders, obtaining quotes, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, support supplier evaluations, and resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in procurement or supply chain, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Excel and procurement software.
