Job Description
We are seeking a highly dependable, independent, and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support general company projects across multiple business areas. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable juggling research, coordination, sourcing, and hands-on tasks.
The assistant will support operations spanning fashion & clothing manufacturing, IT/software, recruitment, and general business projects, and must be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
The Project Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, organizing project documentation, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and assisting with project planning and execution. The role requires collaboration with team members, monitoring project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Note: This is a Hybrid role. Due to the Nigeria zipcode search limitation, fully remote was selected. However, this is not a fully remote role, it is a hybrid role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing schedules, files, and project documentation
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in project assistance, coordination, or related roles is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
General Project & Administrative Support
- Support ongoing company projects from planning through execution
- Manage emails, calendars, files, and documentation using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Prepare spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Research, Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
- Research and source products, services, suppliers, and tools as needed
- Conduct price comparisons, vendor vetting, and basic due diligence
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and service providers
- Visit physical locations when required (e.g., vendors, suppliers, showrooms, offices)
Fashion & Manufacturing Support
- Assist with fashion and clothing manufacturing projects
- Support fabric sourcing, trims, production coordination, and vendor communication
- Track samples, production timelines, and delivery schedules
IT, Software & Systems Support
- Assist with basic IT/software research and tool evaluation
- Support onboarding/offboarding documentation and system access coordination
- Help manage subscriptions, tools, and software platforms
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Support
- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination
- Post job openings and manage responses
- Conduct initial resume screening and scheduling
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Some tasks may require in-person visits or local travel
