Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Supervisor to enhance our sales activities in the Enugu region. This role will focus on effective brand implementation, managing relationships with local retailers and distributors, and ensuring the availability of Lush Hair products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and salon partners.
- Drive product visibility through localized promotions and retail activations.
- Supervise field representatives to execute marketing plans.
- Track market activities, consumer feedback, and competitor insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in sales or retail supervision, preferably in FMCG or beauty.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
