Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Regional Manager to support regional operations, drive sales targets, and ensure service excellence. You will assist the Regional Manager in strategy implementation, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and P&L responsibility, monitor performance metrics, and maintain stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coach staff and improve processes. Travel within the region and occasional extended hours may be required.
