Job Description
URGENT VACANCY – BRANCH MANAGER
Location: Epe, Lagos
Organization: Mainstreet Microfinance Bank
We are urgently seeking a highly driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and business growth at our Epe Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
_Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth
_Achieve branch profitability and performance targets
_Supervise and motivate branch staff for optimal performance
_Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
_Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence
_Manage risk, loan recovery, and portfolio quality (PAR)
Requirements:
_Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field
_Minimum of 5years banking experience (Microfinance experience is an added advantage)
_Proven track record in deposit mobilization and credit marketing
_Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
_Ability to meet and exceed branch targets
