Job Description
Maison Fahrenheit, a boutique lifestyle hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, seeks a full-time Baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts for restaurant, events, and room service. Responsibilities: prepare and present baked goods, develop recipes, maintain station cleanliness, monitor supplies, follow food-safety standards, and meet production deadlines. Require proven baking experience, dough and pastry skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for mornings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training a plus.
