Job Description
Mango 5 is seeking a passionate Learning and Development Trainer to enhance our team. In this role, you’ll facilitate training sessions in a fast-paced BPO environment, preparing new hires for their roles and supporting the growth of existing employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying skill gaps through performance assessments.
- Creating effective training materials and onboarding programs.
- Measuring training effectiveness through surveys.
- Working in rotational shifts and collaborating with diverse teams.
Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of training experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills. A facilitator certification is preferred.
