Job Description
Maple Bakery seeks a detail-oriented Bakery Quality Control Officer to ensure consistent, safe, high-quality bread production. You will inspect raw materials, monitor production and finished goods, enforce hygiene and food-safety practices, identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions, and keep accurate QC records. Work closely with production teams to improve consistency and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations (SON, NAFDAC). Preferred: certificate or diploma in Food Science/Quality Control and prior bakery or food production experience. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills required. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
